For monthly subscriptions, the new subscriber cut off date is 20th of the month, recurring payments will be taken on your anniversary day of the month. 

We aim to ship all subscription orders for delivery between 25th and 30th of the month. 

One Time Purchases

Are shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed, subject to availability. If stock is not available to complete the one time purchase, we will be in touch as soon as possible.

We would love to provide free delivery to the whole UK including the outlying areas, but due to weight and parcel size, that is, at this time not viable. To mitigate this, we only add on the delivery cost what it costs us, we don’t profit from this. We also want to ensure that you get your parcel and you don’t have to drive 30 miles to collect it (parts of the Highlands don’t have a depot or service point for DHL that is accessible, which is why we have opted for Parcelforce 

Returns, Cancellations and Damaged Items


We aim to ship within 72 hours of orders being placed, for cancellations, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible. For subscriptions, please use the account management section. If it is after the 20th of the month, please contact us via the contact form


For perishable items, with a short life (under 30 days) the standard 30 day returns window does not apply and the use by date applies instead. Any item past its use-by date can not be returned.

Damaged Items

We will do our best to make sure that the packaging we use is up to the job of keeping your beer and snacks safe, but from time to time we anticipate that damage may occur, if your packaging is damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening, we need this to help with managing complaints for damaged items. 

Any internal items damaged, these will need to be photographed too to raise a complaint. 


Any b-stock products shipped will not fall into the damaged goods section, b-stock items are cans or packaging that has been damaged in transit to us or has been dropped during packaging, they will be discounted on the store.
